Carlos Barra, DPM joined Berkley Hills Podiatry in 2025. He earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree (DPM) at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine & completed his residency through Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh. Dr Barra has been serving the Johnstown & Ebensburg communities for over 19 years.
